Many congratulations to Peter Burrows, the Archcdeaon of Leeds, on the announcement, today, of his forthcoming appointment as Bishop of Doncaster in the Diocese of Sheffield. Peter has been a great friend to this archdeaconry, not least in the months between Ken Good, the last Archdeacon of Richmond, leaving and my appointment in 2007.
